It’s been a great month here at PSI sharing the workload with our work exchange visitors, Becky and Amanda, from the United States. We’ve really enjoyed their company and grateful for their assistance, enthusiasm and fresh ideas. I’ll let them talk for themselves here on their experiences.
“Volunteering at PSI has exceeded all expectations. Although I’m fairly new to permaculture, Penny is an incredible teacher who has expanded upon my knowledge to date and turned each farm task into invaluable lessons. Plus, what could be better than fresh hand picked tealeaves and yummy winter vegetables on a cold night?” – Amanda, New York, USA
“I highly recommend a visit to PSI. You’ll enjoy good food, lively conversation and comfortable accommodation. Penny is an avid permaculturist and willingly shares knowledge and techniques gained through years of practicing permaculture. I’ve learned a great deal about food forests, aquaculture, bamboo structures and more. Thanks Penny and Geoffrey!” – Becky, Colorado, USA
