Our recent dry stone wall workshop; Preserving workshop; Introduction to Beekeeping and Intro to Permaculture Design course have all been fantastic with lots of great feedback and encouragement. We are still feasting on the dried fruit and veggies from the preserving workshop and the honey from the beekeepers’ harvest, and the no-dig garden the students made in the Intro Course is producing nice looking broad-beans, peas, berries and asparagus, despite the turkey sitting on it.
