Apart from harvesting the final crop of our pecan nuts, here at PSI we are currently harvesting oranges; lemons; grapefruit; pumpkins; salad and stir-fry greens; cabbages; lab-lab beans; celery; loads of different herbs; mushrooms and more. But production is about to boost enormously next year with many of our food forest trees commencing to fruit. With such a mild winter we have been able to extend our harvests longer than usual with pumpkins still growing, the odd strawberry and other warm season veggies.
