A great time was had by one and all over the weekend learning about the virtues of our wonderful Sydney Sandstone and how to work with it. Great things were achieved including terrific stone carvings, stencils, rock tiles, and more. Participants did a great job working on the dry stone wall at Bandusia and learning how to build a free standing on. In between some even managed to squeeze in a swim. And the great food just kept coming with Peter Pez creating a sensational veggie curry and goat stew yummmm! Whilst all this was going on we also had a group making their own water saving vertical gardens. They were happy going home at the end of the day with their own gardens ready to mount and start growing food. It was a fantastic weekend full of energy, enthusiasm and fun was learning amidst the beautiful forests and surrounds of bandusia.
