The room looked more like a brewery than a luxury conference room filled with fruit, bottles, brewing equipment and containers. Cider, Perry and fruit wine from around the world waited for serious deliberation and consideration. Home brew kits, books and information were available to peruse and displayed were hundreds of the best fruit varieties worth growing for a good home-brew. Amongst the froth and bubble there were serious questions and answers to be sought. There was earnest note taking in the formal session. Then as the day progressed with the chopping of fruit for the fruit wine making session (making paw-paw and plum) it broke into folly and laughter while we relaxed with a glorious sun set and sipped Ciders, Perry and fruit wines from around the world amongst the scenic wild beauty and abundance of Bandusia. Cheers! Oh and I forgot about the home made cheeses melted on hot sour dough toast and more than I can care to remember…
