Participants of the first Spring Garden workshop planted the first vegetable garden at Bandusia. After a very inspiring course offered by garden guru and course trainer Nicolas Crook, participants leaned all about spring gardening vegetables, pruning, spring propagation, basic spring gardening skills and tasks in the garden. It was an wonderful day, with a great lunch provided by Peter Pezz PSN’s master chief and the crew at Bandusia country retreat. The dinner on Friday night was to die for – cauliflower and almond soup, home made bread, baked wild rabbit, followed by bread and butter pudding, apple and rhubarb crumble and local wine and cheeses. After that, participants said “we’ll definitely be back for more” first class training, food, company and accommodation PSI has it all.
Many thanks goes to Permaculture Sydney North for organising the workshop and all the people involved mentioned above.
